About Us
For many years, the Company held city-wide contracts and have worked extensively for all the departments of the City. Some more notable projects include the carpeting of the many judicial chambers and courtrooms in City Hall, the extensive carpet project in the Municipal Services Building for the Department of License and Inspection, the carpet renovation project for the Main Circulation Area in the Central Library and the Philadelphia International Airport. The Company has successfully completed many projects for the Philadelphia Electric Company, General Services Administration, University of Pennsylvania, Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Rohm & Haas, the VA Medical Center in Philadelphia and Coatesville, Thomas Jefferson University, as well as many other organizations.
In 1995, the Company began working with Elliott-Lewis Corporation under the Facilities Maintenance Contract at the Philadelphia International Airport. More recent notable projects include the Connector Bridge Carpet Replacement Project, A-West Gates and Customs Carpet Replacement Project and B-C Bag Claim Carpet Replacement Project.
In the spring of 2016, the Company had the opportunity to expand our scope of work to include carpentry renovations. We were successful in obtaining a contract to refinish the walls and ceilings of passenger boarding bridges at the Philadelphia International Airport.
